Our Process (5-step timeline)
1. Requirement capture: Every project starts with a detailed consultation to understand your lifting challenge, environment, and compliance needs. We capture all technical and operational requirements to ensure a tailored, safe, and efficient solution.
2. Engineering & design (CAD/FEA): Our engineers translate your requirements into a 3D CAD model, supported by Finite Element Analysis (FEA) to validate strength, performance, and safety. This ensures every design is both practical and fully compliant before fabrication begins.
3. Fabrication (CE Exec Class 3): Using precision manufacturing techniques and CE-certified processes, we fabricate each component to Execution Class 3 standards. Our in-house facilities guarantee quality control, traceability, and consistency from start to finish.
4. Load testing & certification (DoC): Before delivery, every unit is rigorously load tested and inspected. Once verified, a Declaration of Conformity and full certification package are issued, giving you complete confidence in compliance and performance.
5. Installation & handover: Our specialist installation team ensures your new equipment is safely and efficiently integrated on site. We provide full documentation, training where required, and post-installation support to keep your operation running smoothly.
